Vijay is the Chief Data Scientist of Youtility, having formerly founded Discourse Analytics. Vijay is active in the ethical AI community and as leading member in his field serves as an advisor to multiple organizations.

Dan Smith
Chief Product Officer
Prior to leading the Youtility product team, Dan spent eight years in financial services, accountable for Consumer and Commercial Business lending across multiple banks incl. Westpac and Capital One as Snr. Director of Product Design for Small Business Credit Cards.

Adam Wise
Head of Innovation
At National Media, he contributed to research & planning for $1.8bn in media spend. He provided media analytics for two presidential campaigns and half of the statewide blue to red flips in the past decade, establishing himself as a top-tier media consultant.

Charlie Quigley
Co-founder
Prior to founding Youtility, Charlie was originating and growing startups for UK's leading cleantech incubator. He was part of the original management team at E-Car, which became the world’s first crowdfunding exit when acquired by Europcar in 2015.

Imran Gondol
Chief Technology Officer
Imran is the Chief Technology Officer of Youtility, having previously led the development of numerous enterprise applications, including Ultimus BPM Suite and the Discourse Analytics Digital Counselor.

Advisor
James has founded a number of business incl. Resolver, a resolution service with clients including Open Banking, Tesco Bank, Lloyds, Natwest and Capital One. James also created JamDoughnut, a successful cashback App.

Brian France is a business leader with over 20 years in motorsports. As a member of the NASCAR-founding France family, he spent 15 years as Chairman and CEO, transforming NASCAR's marketing, safety standards, and sustainability programs while expanding diversity and philanthropy efforts. Beyond NASCAR, he supports entrepreneurs as an investor, partner, and mentor.

Frank RoccoGrande
